The widest shape, and the default. @lelantos-org/circuits ships its proving and verification keys from 0.11.2, and circuit/shape-proving.test.ts proves and verifies a golden witness against them.

Four inputs and four outputs is what the deployed verifier accepts. It costs a larger proving key — ~40 MB against ~29 MB at 3×3 — which is the price of consuming four notes in one spend rather than three.
