Download progress. Loads are memoised by URL, so only the first caller for a path receives it; concurrent callers await the same promise and see none. A persistent-cache hit reports a single terminal event.

Expected SHA-256 of the bytes, lowercase hex. Bytes that hash to anything else are never returned: the load rejects PROVER_ARTIFACTS_FAILED.
