Class: FeeAboveLimitError

The relayer quoted a fee the caller's limit does not allow. Raise the limit, wait for gas to fall, or use another relayer.

Nothing but this limit bounds the relayer's quote, so an operation that runs unattended should set one. Checked before proving or signing: nothing was built, leased or sent. retryable, since a quote follows gas and may fall back under the limit.
