Result of TreeStore.verifyRoot.

mirrorRoot comes from the commitment server, which mirrors the chain. A lagging mirror or one built at the wrong depth can report a root the chain never held, so agreement with it is sufficient but not necessary for spendable. The leaf counts indicate how the trees disagree, which determines the repair; see TreeStore.reset.
