The shared context, built on first use; nothing is built at import time. Concurrent callers await the same promise, so the WASM module is instantiated once.
A failed build is not cached (see memoAsync in core/async.ts), so the next call retries after a transient import failure or a call that raced ahead of configureJubjubWasm.
