PubInputs.Transact.intentHash: for a swap's withdraw leg, swapIntentHash over the swap's output, floor, venue, deadline and refund owner, which SwapWrapper.swap recomputes. Bound through the challenge so whoever submits the swap cannot change them. Ignored by every other spend; defaults to 0n.
